When I first came back to Michigan and needed an oil change, I went to a dealership in Holland and mentioned that my breaks were squealing. After it was checked at your dealership, Briana told me that the problem was covered by GM if there was a complaint. I trust. Your people tone honest with me, as a result. Briana is great.
