Briana got me and another customer confused and I was alerted of issues that had nothing to do with why I was there. I was immediately concerned that possibly the wrong work was being done to my car. When I questioned why they were doing work to my car that I did not approve and was not there for, she realized her mistake. I would suggest that she slow down and gather her thoughts before coming to discuss issues with customers, as well as making sure she’s speaking to the right person before discussing car repairs. It made me very Leary. I was also told that this was a 4 hour job when I scheduled my appointment and Briana indicated they were a technician short on this day due to illness so it may take longer. My car was done within 1.5 hours or less and when I questioned it a bit she told me they “found” 2 additional technicians. Weird. More
