Went in to have alternator replaced, with that the coolant line had to be removed to replace alternator, no big deal. However one would think it would be common sense to top off the coolant fluid afte coolant line had to be removed to replace alternator, no big deal. Sanimir is a liar and a cheat. Lying by omission is still lying Suni. Backed up by Larry Artibee the sales manager first told a story about how he wanted me as a customer for yea Lying by omission is still lying Suni. Backed up by Larry Artibee the sales manager first told a story about how he wanted me as a customer for years to come, then told his own lies then refused to answer his phone when I attempted to work out the problem with him. Follow that up with the high-pressure warranty sales of Jeffery Pergo, who when introduced shared a story about how he screwed people during the housing bubble by pitching mortgages they couldn't cover, justifying it as why shouldn't he make some money off of it? Obviously, this dealership is looking out for themselves first and the customer second or not at all. If the dealership is so concerned about this rating, Start investigating by asking those three about how they tried to lie to make an extra dollar first. I will never do business with this dealership again, something about being lied to multiple times just rubs me the wrong way. You really shouldn't be surprised with this rating. Clearly, it's just business as usual for Betten Baker. More
