I did not use the Hudsonville location. Your phone system is horrible. No one knows what is going on when you call to make a service call. I was on the phone for 12 minutes only to have Your phone system is horrible. No one knows what is going on when you call to make a service call. I was on the phone for 12 minutes only to have the lady assume I wanted an oil change because I called in for service. The last 3 times I have used your company I have communicated that your phone service, network or processing is subpar and your customers are getting the run around. I don’t get that when I call Berger across the street. More
