The service charges were not accurate. The service price for my battery replacement was $189.00. I was charged $299.03. The service manager had given me an estimate of $308.00. Dollars more than their advertised rate. That’s not all. I paid with my Visa card. When I checked my credit account I was charged the $308 amount not the actual 299.03 charge. Disappointing for some one who has all of his service work done there. More

My car was in the garage from Thursday, Nov. 27 until December 5, once they discovered the problem, they ordered a part that they thought they needed, come to find out, the part wasn’t needed.
