Sticker shock with the service almost 2k . Then they tell me there's 3% fee on credit card and they dont except checks over $ 500.00 . The first time I had service with Betten they left my windows down and my back window open which the headliner got soaked and stained they never replaced the headliner in a winter storm at the Coopersville store on my 82k Truck. The service girls were polite and easy to work with. But the owner owns a big dealer ship and ther charging 3 % back to the customer. Thank you I won't be back to buy any new trucks which we replace every 4 years or will we be using there service. More

Poor service, told nothing was wrong and would be charging a fully warrantied vehicle a service fee. I then needed to reexplain how to diagnose the issue, they serviced vehicle but still not fixed pr charging a fully warrantied vehicle a service fee. I then needed to reexplain how to diagnose the issue, they serviced vehicle but still not fixed properly. Lady was extremely rude, my 10 year old son commented wow she was very cocky to you. We will no longer use this dealership for any service needs and will be going to another dealership to have a second opinion on ongoing issues, More
