The service recived was lackluster at best horrible service no hand shake no water second. The vehicle I got put in man .. That 2012 gmc acadia was absolute dog xxx! Bought it last Thursday, The following Friday It had the absolutly worst cold start on any vehicle I have ever owned. Called my sales rep just for them to tell me it will be 180 for a check? What the absolute xxxx?? Its hardly 12 hours after leaving the lot? Anyway that's hardly the worst of it. I was adviced that I fillied a warrenty claim for pre existing conditions!? There is no way they didn't know something was up. Now my test drive was fine because the engine oil was nice and warm. I thought I had a good car Thought everything was okay but nope. Took it in waited at the dealership service for 7 hours! For them to come out and tell me that "We do not recomend driving that vehicle" Get told to drive it home and I would get a loaner Saturday. I ended up stating and talking to the service manager who ensured me that my vehicle would be serviced and everything would be covered by the used car department which it was not. I show up Saturday expecting a loaner for the vehicle which was not given then coached on going the Warrenty route for pre existing conditions which is absolute trash behavior by the way. Monday I am driving this safety hazard of a xxxxing vehicle and the transmission slips then the gas pedal goes to the xxxxing floor I called the sales manager and he told me to inch it over here. The funniest thing the magnum opus of their absolute lack of integrity. After I had found another vehicle to swap me out of I said I wanted it checked before I left the lot. Said it could happen in the morning but they wanted me to buy it that day and heres the absolutly best part! THEY MADE ME xxxxING WALK HOME! like THAT that buy itslef killed any xxxxing hope of me going back to this garbage xxx dealership and purchasing a car. If they had provided a ride? I would have at the very minimum think about it for xxxxs sake! Facebook book marketplace is significantly more trust worthy than this garbage can of a dealership. Oh and they wiped all codes from the vehicle too the complete code history just gone xxxx This Place! They absolutely do not check any used vehicle before sales. More

They broke one sensor on my tire and refuse to fix it or take accountability for it.. they were all new and working when I brought it In.. picked it up and my dash board is lit up and that’s one of the mess take accountability for it.. they were all new and working when I brought it In.. picked it up and my dash board is lit up and that’s one of the messages it tells me that my sensors for my tire needs to be repaired when they were all new when I brought the car in… they want me to bring my car in for another $2500 repair but won’t take accountability for my tire sensor.. and Glenn or whatever his name is lied to me about the smallest thing I lost all trust when he lied.. I spent $1500 for a new radiator and came out of there with another $60 sensor fix… that wasn’t broken when the car was brought in.. More
