I went in with an appointment to retrieve and program a new smart fob for my car, I was told I would only be there to wait for a while while it was being programmed however after I was checkef in I was tol new smart fob for my car, I was told I would only be there to wait for a while while it was being programmed however after I was checkef in I was told that the key fob I was promised for my appointment was out of stock. I am disappointed that the person helping me was unaware of how the fobs went out of stock and there was nothing to be done about it other than waiting a week and ordering more fobs. The person should have known how many were in stock and ordered more before they went out of stock. I will be sure to ask the next dealer I go to for my fob is aware they have the stock to accommodate me. More
