Around December, supposedly you put a new air filter in our truck. We were charged and we paid for it, only to find out it wasn’t put in. Recently we brought our car in. Was told we needed a new alternator. We said we’re bringing it somewhere else, feeling it didn’t sound right that it was the problem. Got a call a short time later saying they found loose cables and fixed it. Hmmm so in other words we could have paid for something that wasn’t broke/needed! It seems very fishy that the problem was solved when we decided to not spend the $1700.00 We were quoted for the repair. Thanks but no thanks to the dishonest service we got! More
