We feel misled and disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of professionalism in addressing issues with this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for of the vehicle and the lack of professionalism in addressing issues with this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. We purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country from this dealership in August after being in a car accident, expecting to get a reliable vehicle for our family. Unfortunately, within days of the purchase, we found that the rear sliding door didn’t lock and the backup camera was malfunctioning. Despite reaching out and being told we might receive assistance with repair costs, we had to pay over $1,000 out of pocket with no support from the dealership. To make matters worse, just a month after purchasing the van, the transmission completely failed, requiring a full replacement that cost us nearly $7,000. Throughout this ordeal, communication with the dealership has been poor. Calls, texts, and emails were left unanswered, and we were promised follow-up from their team, which never came. More
