My service member was great! Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. So I was charged for a service that I didn't need or would have wanted if I had known. I felt uncomfortable trying to ask for the charge to be taken off since I'm getting new tires now. More

Not happy that my radio component issues aren’t fixed because it’s not throwing a code and you can’t duplicate the problem. I have to duplicate the problem and bring it to the dealership for you to fix because it’s not throwing a code and you can’t duplicate the problem. I have to duplicate the problem and bring it to the dealership for you to fix it. Also furious that the vehicle had transmission issues with only 3000 miles on it when GM and the dealer should have known about this and not sold the vehicle until it was fixed. It was a known fact with GM that the terrains were having transmission issues. Husband picked up car dirty. Not like the old days when they cared and made sure vehicles were clean coming back to the customer. More
