DO NOT RECOMMEND! !!! We recently bought a Ford F-150 from Baker Ford. I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. We drove 3.5 hours to get the Tremor mode !!! We recently bought a Ford F-150 from Baker Ford. I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. We drove 3.5 hours to get the Tremor model. We spent a good amount of money on this truck. On the way there to look at it we were informed the parts did not arrive for the head light and front end of the truck was taken apart. We opted to go ahead and look at it knowing we would have to make a second trip 3.5 hours to pick it up a week later once the parts were in and it was put back together. We go back a week later and the headlight had NOT been replaced. It is cracked in numerous places, foggy, and looks terrible. Baker Ford's management has been impossible to work with in trying to get this resolved. We have had the truck a few days and the heated seats are also malfunctioning. I would not recommend purchasing anything here. They will not stand by the agreement. The sales rep has been great through all of this and I feel extremely sorry that he had to go through it. He deserves to work for a much better company with morals for their clients. More

My wife brought her vehicle in for recall work and the service person said that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to get it fixed while it was on the lift. I brought her v service person said that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to get it fixed while it was on the lift. I brought her vehicle to MD Automotive in Zeeland and they told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with any wheel bearing! Trying to take advantage of a lady over the greed spells zero integrity! Ladies beware of the service department! More

Very Clean, Matt in service is GREAT! Unfortunately my truck issue is still unresolved!! Bought a brand new Explorer and realized immediately there was an issue with the door clip! Had to schedule service for the whole door panel to be replaced!! Took it in and had it serviced for two hours only to take it home and realize the problem still existed. Not sure what was done or not done, honestly. More
