Customer Service? My elderly parents drove from Traverse City to Cadillac 25 months ago and bought a brand new Chevrolet pick up from Godfrey Motors. Yesterday they wen My elderly parents drove from Traverse City to Cadillac 25 months ago and bought a brand new Chevrolet pick up from Godfrey Motors. Yesterday they went to Godfrey for the second “free” oil change included with their $35,000 purchase. After the oil change was completed they found out the free oil change was only good for 24,000 miles or 24 months which ever came first. Neither the technician or their salesman could help out. My lease is up in two months on my 2017 GMC. I was thinking about a new Chevy pick up from Godfrey but looks like Williams it is. Hope the $81.00 dollar oil change and poor customer service was worth it. Thanks. Patrick Andresen. More
