I drove from Traverse City to Betten Baker to give my cousin from downstate my opinion in the used auto she was interested in. I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable experience my cousin an cousin from downstate my opinion in the used auto she was interested in. Cam delivered the car and also set up an appointment near where my cousin lives to have a rear view camera installed. For the very very few 1 star reviews I can only assume that there was a communication issue. You don't have by far almost all 5 star reviews for no reason. Final note. I rented a stand alone building for 28 years. My lease consisted of a hand shake, old school honesty and integrity on both parties.I made my entire Fine Jewelry all by hand. 6 years ago I relocated 4 hours North of my business. 90% of my sales are still from downstate for a reason. Always try to work out issues and be upfront with you concerns.it's worth it when working with a fine establishment like Betten Baker Chevrolet. They earned it. More
