No communication regarding the status of our vehicle. Had vehicle 3 days. Made an appointment for 9am and dropped vehicle at dealership night before. Had a ride around 11 am to pick so I dtove 23 miles to pick and called from hands free and was on hold the entire drive there only to learn still haven’t had a chance to look at vehicle. Needless yo say I was very upset and let them know how mad I was. There happened to be another upset customer in-line next yo me. Can I say COMMUNICATION is KEY to customer satisfaction! More
