I brought my vehicle in for service and a tire rotation. The service advisor told me my vehicle was done and it was time to cash out. I asked if they rotated the tires and he said they did. I had made an online appointment for an oil change, tire rotation & vehicle inspection. I told the service writer that I also needed them to let me know what the tread depth on my tires so I could report i rotation & vehicle inspection. I told the service writer that I also needed them to let me know what the tread depth on my tires so I could report it to my insurance company when they rotated the tires. He told me that they only rotate the tires when the tires are wearing funny. Not what I asked for. He did measure the tires & said I should rotate the tires with my next service. Not what I asked for. I expected that a vehicle inspection would be a completed inspection form. I did not receive. I will mention here that I am a former Master Mechanic, Auto Repair business owner & Outside sales representative for A.C. Delco After Parts. I expect a more professional service department. It is just basic maintenance training. More
