I primarily dealt with Sales Mgr Chris H. in the process of buying a new Kia because I had a slightly unusual situation. Chris worked very hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and at a great price. He really put the customer (me) first. George R. was a pleasure to work with when we picked up the new Kia. Overall, it was a great buying experience, and I highly recommend Best Kia for new vehicle purchases. More

Trying for over an hour and a half, but in a never ending sales meeting on the first day of a huge sale. Called at 9:00, could not get a hold of anyone. Called 10 minutes, but said was in a sales meeting--be done in 20 min. Called at 9:30 still in meeting, again at 10:00. Finally someone got back to me around 10:30. I GUESS THEY DO NOT LIKE TO SELL CARS. More
I worked with my daughter on trading her 2006 vehicle. Sales manager quoted a 66 month rate and when it got to finance officer he quoted a lower rate but for 72 months plus he convinced my daughter that a Sales manager quoted a 66 month rate and when it got to finance officer he quoted a lower rate but for 72 months plus he convinced my daughter that a service plan was needed. Said sales manager should not quote rates. Complained to sales manager and he said he would turn in over to another sales manager as he would be out of town at another dealership and it would be straightened out the next day. Talked to the financial officer and said he could not recall the financial agreement contract but he could drop the $2000.00 service plan but the payments would remain the same that she would just pay the loan off sooner. Beware of what you are talked into with financial officer (Vinny) at Best Kia and don't tell them you want to negate the contract. I also didn't appreciate being told that I had selective memory. It took me 3 days to sit down with Financial Manager and Sales Manager. I was also told that my daughters car had already been sold. Initially I was told that I would talk to the General Manager but that never took place and I had to talk with Sales Manager and Financial officer. More
