I have gone through Best Ford now for 3 vehicles and will continue to do so based on experience here. More
Terrible. Made it very clear what I wanted to pay on a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled appointment, nobody knew who I was, or why I was there. I talked with a few of the sales people over the last two weeks, looking at a Silverado they have in their inventory. I live 3.5 hours away, but have spent A LOT of time in New Hampshire, as you can see by my profile picture. So I finally get free time, and make the journey up to their dealership. A semi new sales guy comes out and I'm able to take the truck for a test drive. I come back from the test drive, and this new sales guy walks away to take care of other customers leaving me sitting there waiting for just under 2 hours. Now mind you, I have a long drive home. Another sales guy comes over to assist me, and he's a little more ambitious. I mean after all. I didn't drive this far to NOT buy a truck. They look over my trade in, another Silverado, that I will admit has a little rust damage on the passenger side box side. The Kelly blue book trade in value of my truck is between $14,500 to $15,500, and I'm including a very well kept western plow with the truck. After being there for almost 3 hours, this sales guy comes out and gives me the price on their truck, which I didn't even try to get reduced, and then the head sales guy forgot to include the offer on my trade. The sales guy goes back to the head guy, then comes back literally shaking his head with their own offer. They offered me $6,500 for my trade!!! SERIOUSLY?? insult offer. on the open market, my truck would bring in much more than that. I expected a low offer, and I was willing to go down as low as $13,000 to $13,500, but I'm not going to give my truck away.. A person there informed me that this place will generally as a rule of thumb, offer $1,000 less than the lowest trade in value on your vehicle, so BUYER BEWARE.. I will also mention that another couple was there looking to purchase at the same time I was there, and they were also apparently offered a insult offer on their trade, because the guy said it out loud. THAT'S A INSULT!!! and left. I don't know how this place stays in business. As I said. I traveled 3.5 hours to sit there get ignored and then insulted with their pathetic offer. I wouldn't come back to this dealership again if they were going to give me the truck for free. By the way. I don't usually go out of my way to do THIS. but this place irritated me to the point that I'm going to plaster my experience with this place all over the internet!!! Gas money to travel the distance that I traveled, and the time I wasted aren't free More
Best Ford is the worst place to take a car for routine maintenance. Their technicians do not know what they are doing. Nothing was wrong with my car until they started work on it. The transmission was ove maintenance. Their technicians do not know what they are doing. Nothing was wrong with my car until they started work on it. The transmission was overfilled by 1-2 quarts, and now my transmission will need to be replaced! I tried to talk to them, but was told that it’s bound to happen as my car has over 100,000 miles. This is ridiculous and simply not true. I’ll never trust my vehicle with them again. More
Went in for a 100,000 mile check which included transmission flush. They overfilled the transmission to the point it through a diagnostic code of trans over temp. This was found by another mechanic transmission flush. They overfilled the transmission to the point it through a diagnostic code of trans over temp. This was found by another mechanic at a different place. Told by Best Ford car works great when I picked it up. a few days later, it was giving me a whirring sound and made an appointment shortly after that which was when I found out about the overfilled transmission. I am not sure how much damage has been done to my vehicle. The transmission is now at the proper level thanks to Sullivan Tire in Hudson, NH. The technician who answered the phone told me it's expected since the car has >100,000 miles on it. This is not true and not to be expected. I will never let them touch my car again nor will I ever buy a car from them. I simply do not trust these people. My vehicle was working properly fine before I brought my car to them, and now it still has the whirring sound and I am monitoring it to see if I may need a new transmission. I will also mention that I received no phone call from them on updates on my car and only 1 text to say that it was ready to be picked up. More
Buying a used truck from best Ford ( they should change their name they are far from the best ) turned out to be the worst car buying experience of my life. I,m 65 and have probably purchased at least 15 n their name they are far from the best ) turned out to be the worst car buying experience of my life. I,m 65 and have probably purchased at least 15 new vehicles and probably around 10used. The original salesman Tyler was polite but after I paid tax title & vehicle Around $15000 and went back the following week to pick up the truck I met their sales manager. Patrick Sullivan. Sadly he was rude overbearing and nasty mind you they already had my money. If I knew best Ford employed people like that I would have definitely shopped elsewhere beware people once they have your money they show their true colors More
Good place to buy a Ford. Bad place to get that same car or truck serviced. I have purchased 5 vehicles here. Sales team is fair and willing to offer a good deal. The service team is a different story. or truck serviced. I have purchased 5 vehicles here. Sales team is fair and willing to offer a good deal. The service team is a different story. They assign you a service rep in the Quicklane. However, they don't have voice-mail and don't have cell phones. So if you drop your car off and need to communicate with them along the way it is very difficult. If your assigned service rep is unavailable you get tossed around. I have a very busy work schedule and don't have time to deal with calling back in and leaving a message with someone else on the team that can't help. Their old school approach may be fine with someone not working or retired. They are just missing out on providing the experience the majority of their customers need. They also seem to come across as if they don't really care about your experience. I always feel like I am bothering them and they just want to be done and on to the next. There is no real customer service and nothing to make you want to come back. Maybe they are paid so low that they don't care? When a service team at a dealership can't offer a good experience to the customers that buy their brand product, that is a huge issue. It makes me want to buy my next Ford somewhere else More
