I am so happy to have found Arthur Drum at Schumacher CDJR of Delray to buy my car from. I had been looking for a Jeep Compass Limited with additional features related to safety, security, and comfort, i CDJR of Delray to buy my car from. I had been looking for a Jeep Compass Limited with additional features related to safety, security, and comfort, in addition to a panoramic solar roof. I am not an impulse buyer and had been looking for at least 4 months going from one place to another, where I was either ignored or felt that I wasn’t being listened to. Only at Schumacher did I get outstanding service and pricing that exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Arthur Drum, was very patient and professional, which made me feel confident and allowed me to order my Jeep Compass with the certainty that I was making the best choice. My car arrived in perfect condition in less time than I thought while I was out of town. Then, Arthur sent me a video of my new car, in which he gave essential details about the vehicle, demonstrated its condition, and explained the following steps. Trust me, you won't find this kind of customer service, attention, and respect anywhere else or with any salesperson. When I got to the dealership it was nice to find my car in perfect shape, exactly as I asked, parked with a large red ribbon bow on the hood, ready for me. I had an outstanding experience with Arthur. From the minute I came into the store, he was attentive and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to guarantee I got the right vehicle for my needs. He carefully answered all of my questions, explained the features, and even took the time to show how everything worked. Arthur's expertise and nice nature made the whole experience delightful. I left the dealership with my dream Jeep Compass and a huge smile on my face thanks to this great salesperson's dedication and competence. The entire process of getting a new car at Schumacher of Delray was a pleasant experience. The salesman i worked with, Arthu Drum, was so helpful in showing me cars and answering my questions. I've never h Delray was a pleasant experience. The salesman i worked with, Arthu Drum, was so helpful in showing me cars and answering my questions. I've never had as good an experience as this one. I never felt pressure to buy and did not encounter any of the normal haggling back and forth between the salesman, the finance office, or management. We agreed on a price, they matched the trade in value I was looking for and they completed an add on installation as requested. Arthur even delivered my car to my home, went over all the electronics and even programed my garage door open. That is service above and beyond. I highly recommend Schumacher of Delray.
