Best Service Experience Around! I've visited Best Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram on numerous occasions, and have always had a positive experience. From the friendly porters, to the helpful I've visited Best Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram on numerous occasions, and have always had a positive experience. From the friendly porters, to the helpful service writers (they call them "Service Managers" here), to the polite cashiers, it is always trouble free to bring my car here for service. They've been in a new facility since May and while the previous temporary location was great, this new state of the art facility in Colony Place is even better. Although I did not take advantage of it, they even have their own automatic car wash now so you don't have to go up the street to have your car washed. I recommend them to everyone with a Chrysler product. More

When Quirk ended up with Chrysler I chose not to go there sighting negative past experiences with other vehicles I've owned. When it came time to do a recall, my nephew pointed out that Best Chevrolet had opened a new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer in Plymouth. I asked him why I should travel so far, when I could go to closer dealers other than Quirk. He said that he had allot of friends that have had service done or bought cars at their Chevy dealer, and that their operation is second to none. They get treated well and are always satisfied. So I called them up to make an appointment. Scheduling was very easy, I was able to make an appointment for only a few days later. When I got there, I drove into a carport where I was greeted by a porter, who directed me into the showroom, where the receptionist directed me to the next available service writer. The writer just happened to be the person who I made my appointment with, and he happened to be a writer I dealt with at South Shore years ago... go figure. After which he showed me the waiting area, which was very comfortable, coffee was good as well. The recall just took about an hour to do, so I got my paperwork, a business card from the writer, and was directed back outside to the carport, where my car was waiting, the carpets freshly vacuum. Every person I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely be back for more service. Definitely worth the drive. More
