This was the first time I had our Jeep Wrangler serviced here after being unhappy with another Jeep dealer’s service department. I found the Jed, the service manager, to be most helpful. He was especially r here after being unhappy with another Jeep dealer’s service department. I found the Jed, the service manager, to be most helpful. He was especially responsive to my time requirements by going out of his way to shorten the delivery time for needed parts. Frequent texts updated me on the somewhat involved repairs. Before starting the repairs Jed called and explained what issues had been found and the costs associated with them. There were no surprises at the end. In addition when I dropped the car off the greeting technician walked me carefully through all the covid-19 safety protocols. I really appreciated how serious they are in addressing the pandemic and working to keep all involved safe and healthy. Finally the Jeep was returned to me ahead of the estimated finish time and was thoughly washed and vacuumed. Thank you and we will be back. More
