Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I recently brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Best Service for what appeared to be a potentially major issue. Due to the Holidays, the Service Dept was full with appointments but recognizing our co Service for what appeared to be a potentially major issue. Due to the Holidays, the Service Dept was full with appointments but recognizing our concern, the Service Manager, Ricky Medeiros, personally helped us out. He worked us into the schedule over the Christmas break and put one of their top techs on it. Sure enough he / they figured it out, resolved it, and made sure that it was put through as a Warranty repair to limit the cost to our family. In addition, they proactively went over the vehicle front to back without our prompting and found a headlight, a back wiper was needed, and completed an oil change to get us fully current. I cannot state more emphatically how "above and beyond" this service experience truly was - it is not something I have ever experienced in all my years of having vehicles, so I FULLY recommend this Service Dept, Ricky Medeiros' leadership, and his dedicated team. Some of the worst service I've every received. I took my Jeep in with some electrical problem and even though I showed up early at my appointment I had to wait for 45 minutes to get anyone to meat I took my Jeep in with some electrical problem and even though I showed up early at my appointment I had to wait for 45 minutes to get anyone to meat with me. I left the car and heard nothing for two days. So I texted and called and left a message and it was another day before I heard anything, It was inconclusive and they said I would need a compression test. I agreed and then heard nothing for another four days. So I called and left messages and texts messages again only to hear that had decided it was twelve corroded wires that needed to be replaced. I said Okay what about the compression test. The guy said they had done one, but didn't know the results. He put me on hold to go find out and then never came back. I've called and texted twice since then and received no response. If I ever get my car back, I will never use this establishment again!!! More
