Communication was key with me, and Art delivered based on my preference which I appreciated. He was direct to the point and friendly. He wasn’t beating around the bush about the vehicle. When I arrived, the 392 was ready for me to check out. I wasn’t sitting around waiting to be seen. The vehicle started right up. Gotta love that Hemi v8 sound. I was free to look around and inspect as much as I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see the dealer added power steps. On the drive, I was in control, no slow down here or turn there, which I appreciated. I knew what I wanted being a current wrangler owner, no need to waste time for the unnecessary familiarities. Just hands on, test drive, and talk numbers. Art was there every step of the way, even down to negotiation. This might be my forever Jeep but I would definitely recommend Art and the rest of the Schumacher team to others! More
