Our point person at sales, Giankarlo Serrano, is one of the rare few in sales who totally puts the customers needs first and foremost. And he does it not with a smile but a warm, heart felt laugh. He immediately gives you the feeling of being family and then asks “how can I help you get to where you need to be.” I outlined our financial preferences and then spent the next hour trying to bring it home for us to approve. Needless tos say, we bought the Pacifica and are very happy with what we got and the manner which we obtained it.
