This is how a service department should be run. They value my time, they listen, they fix things right the first time, they are organized and friendly. After going home with more problems that I went in with whenever I went to Clay Chevrolet, I decided to find a new dealership. I am very picky about who works on my car, and I have to say that Best Chevrolet is one of the best service dealers I have been to. They are very trustworthy, and I know it is being done right. And with the recent remodel they have done, complete with iced tea bar, and a full daily selection of free pastry, I dare to say I feel pampered when I go there. I did not purchase my truck there, but if I am in the market for another Chevrolet, this would be my first choice. I feel like I know these people and I don't have that 'on edge' feeling I have always had going into a car dealership. More
