Berwyn Kia - Service Center

Made an appointment. I arrived 2 hours early. The lady who checked me in said it would take a week to a week in a half to resolve the issue. She said they delay was be I arrived 2 hours early. Mind you I made the appointment a week and a half earlier. My response was too bad and why does Berwyn KIA overbook? She had no answer. The previous time I had service here it was a xxxx poor experience. Consumer beware, if you like headaches and like talking to a brick wall; this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your sanity and take your business elsewhere. More

Had 2016 kia in for the 8th time for same repair!!! Still doesn't work! At least this time they didn't call a 4pm and ask why the car with an appointment was at the dealer. My wife has had her 2014 Kia Soul serviced at Berwyn Kia more than 3 times in less than 2 weeks! After a recall update her check engine light keep blinking. Isaac keeps telling us the problem is going to ke more than 3 times in less than 2 weeks! After a recall update her check engine light keep blinking. screwed over!!! So i take it to Berwyn Kia trusting them to repair the problem. So after i pay almost $1800.00 for the repair. I start it up.... its doing the same th So i take it to Berwyn Kia trusting them to repair the problem. So after i pay almost $1800.00 for the repair. I start it up.... its doing the same thing with the same noise. Then they tell me its something completely different now they want another $1300.00 to repair. After arguing with them for a few days they say to make it more affordable for me they offer me after market parts. The problem is either they did the job wrong parts were bad i think they know they screwed up trying to cover there mistake and trying to make me pay for it. Two other mechanic friends saying the same they didn't fix it correctly or misdiagnosed and repaired the wrong thing. I recommend everyone steer clear of this dealership!!! More
