Do not buy from this dealership. They give false info to get you in the door and then try to scam you!!! I was given a quote for a KIA Optima EX premium. And I confirmed with the sales rep (Tavia Shepe get you in the door and then try to scam you!!! I was given a quote for a KIA Optima EX premium. And I confirmed with the sales rep (Tavia Sheperd) multiple times back and fourth through emails (which I still have as proof) if that is the correct price that the car is being offered for. She checked with her manager and confirmed. When I arrived at the dealership and sat down to crunch the numbers with the sales rep (Oraya Resendez). They weren't giving me that quoted price, on top they were going to charge me $276.00 just to transfer plates!! When I showed the qouted email to the sales Oraya, she stated " if that's the quote you were given then we will have to honor it but I have to check with my manager". I also requested for the car to be in black and since they didnt have it in stock, they had to locate and order it. I asked if there is an extra charge for that, Oraya assured me there is no extra charge. The manager (Mike Arias) came and stated since they have to order it from another place he cant honor that price because it costs extra. I told Mike I just confirmed with Oraya and she assured me there is no extra charge. He rudely dismissed her and said " you're dealing with me now, not her, forget about her" followed by, he cant give me that price because "it's too good of a deal". When I showed Mike the quoted email, he completely dismissed it, taking no responsibility for it or acknowledging it. He was extremely unapologetic and rude not only to my wife, I and my friend, but also to his own employee Oraya " you're not dealing with her anymore, you're dealing with me, forget about her". Mike Kept going in circles and avoiding to answer questions regarding the quoted price. He just kept trying to push the sale. As we got up to leave extemeley in shock, infuriated and frustrated of how we were being cheated, and being played, he started asking "meet me half way". Our whole day, time, and money was wasted coming to this dealership. A person like Mike Arias, extremely rude and toxic, should not be allowed to work at dealerships. He is the type of person that gives bad rep to the dealerships that people end up being scammed, fooled and taken advantage of. More

screwed over!!! So i take it to Berwyn Kia trusting them to repair the problem. So after i pay almost $1800.00 for the repair. I start it up.... its doing the same thing with the same noise. Then they tell me its something completely different now they want another $1300.00 to repair. After arguing with them for a few days they say to make it more affordable for me they offer me after market parts. The problem is either they did the job wrong parts were bad i think they know they screwed up trying to cover there mistake and trying to make me pay for it. Two other mechanic friends saying the same they didn't fix it correctly or misdiagnosed and repaired the wrong thing. I recommend everyone steer clear of this dealership!!! More

The BEST Experience I have ever had buying anything ! I took my '2014 Kia Sorento LX,into Berwyn Kia. Despite a few initial bumps that were immediately resolved by the Used Car Manager Victor P., The whole issue was handled. I while there decided to buy two new Kia's . One for myself and one for a very indecisive 19 yr. old step-daughter. The General Manager Mike A. ,Saleswoman Jacqueline G. , and Finance Manager Dennis, were so far off the charts with patience,understanding and courtesy that I will buy all my vehicles from them and STRONGLY recommend BERWYN KIA to all. The most horrific experience ever! I bought a brand new Kia Optima SXL limited edition vehicle in 2013 and a Kia Forte in 2015 from Berwyn Kia. The Optima came with a 100,000 mile bumpe I bought a brand new Kia Optima SXL limited edition vehicle in 2013 and a Kia Forte in 2015 from Berwyn Kia. The Optima came with a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Since the car has failed me very unimaginably, including needing a new engine, starter, alternator, and audio system, there have been issues with the air conditioning system, overheating, and among many other concerns. Everytime I've brought it in for servicing, I have found myself needing to convince Berwyn Kia about such warranty. The matter has been truly exhausting, a total and complete nightmare! Over a week ago I brought the car in to get yet another issue resolved, and to revisit prior very poor quality work. And yet again I was given the round around. I found myself needing to make numerous attempts to escalate my issue but to no avail, because the owner Al also refused to take my calls, The owner didn't care to listen to my iissues, to learn about the below standard job performance of some of his employees, in the area of basic customer service, due diligence, follow through, work ethic, follow through, a basic acceptable level of quality in their work. Instead he called me to threaten me to remove my car from his premise, that he found it very disrespectful of me to have called to speak to a number of his employees, in my need for assistance with my matter, in my need to get a basic answers to do with my failing vehicle. In his call he was rude, threatening, condescending, unapologetic, ungrateful and unprofessional, and like his employee, without letting me get a word in, after he finished threatening me that he would call the police to have me arrested if I ever stepped foot in the premise, hung up on me! Yes this after spending over 70,000 dollars in his facility!! I had to call the Berwyn police department to escort me to the facility, to remove the Kia Optima Limited Edition 40,000 dollar failing vehicle, I purchased from him, which still had the visible bumper damage it sustained at the facility, damage they said, they would repair and later refused responsibility for. I now understand why everytime I visit the facility I see different employees, why the phones ring off the hook when I call to schedule an appointment, why I have found myself needing to call the sales department to have my call redirected to the service area. Yes, they do answer their sales calls. I now know why employee's such as Hector in the service department think it's okay to be rude and disrespectful to a customer, why they are argumentative, and why they feel so empowered to actually hang up on a customers, and talk to them in any unprofessional and disrespectful way, I understand why it is acceptable for this facility to take 3 days to diagnose a vehicle and why the follow through is so poor and unacceptable. When a business owner fails to understand who is the bread and butter of the business, and how they impact the bottom line and also don't know what is the number one reason whybusinesses fail, they truly have no business being in business, this is my opinion. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and in other business I have been treated way better for purchases I've made of a significantly lesser value! I of coarse will never again purchase another vehicle from this facility, and most certainly and will definitely not recommend the product or the facility to anyone ever quite the contrary, for the reasons I just gave you! I await to hear from the Corporate Kia Consumer Department. I hope they value my loyalty and business! More
