I had done my own research for months prior to going into the dealership, so I am confident in saying that Vince was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but that I was treated fairly and respectfully by Vince throughout the entire car buying process (which unfortunately was not my experience at other dealerships). I truly could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Thanks Vince! More

Had 2016 kia in for the 8th time for same repair!!! Still doesn't work! At least this time they didn't call a 4pm and ask why the car with an appointment was at the dealer. My wife has had her 2014 Kia Soul serviced at Berwyn Kia more than 3 times in less than 2 weeks! After a recall update her check engine light keep blinking. Isaac keeps telling us the problem is going to ke more than 3 times in less than 2 weeks! After a recall update her check engine light keep blinking. No straight answers and a lack of empathy and support for serious issues! More
