Did you even read my review? I did reach out to you guys and your solution was to give me my first oil change for free even though i already bought the 3 year service plan so essentially I'd be driving up an hour and a half for an oil change that i already paid for and giving me a free detail even though the car is brand new. I reached out to you guys again and said that doesn't work for me and to offer a different solution and you guys chose to ignore me
