I have traveled all over the northeast to look for just the right Subaru Outback and was very satisfied with the proffesionals at Bertera Subaru. They sell vehicles at the price they advertise; not like all the rest who show a price online, and when you get there it's was always much higher or added fees attached brought the price up by hundreds of dollars.I asked Keith if he would get me certain info on a particular vehicle and he got back to me promptly. Rich Santoni worked out the final price with us and gave us all the information we needed to complete the deal with no haggling necessary. They actually delivered the vehicle to me and registered it in NY.Even after the sale Keith and Shawn Sullivan contacted me to make sure we were happy with our purchase and because of that extra service anyone I know who is looking for a car will be directed to their dealership. These guys go above and beyond to make buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. More

They scheduled my service appointments at the time of purchase and made sure that all of the questions I had were answered and if they didn't know the answer they found it out for me very quickly. I was looking for used car and Tyler Johnson was the sales person I spoke with and he showed me some cars, the first one was good the second one was better and the third one was the best, Tyler explain sales person I spoke with and he showed me some cars, the first one was good the second one was better and the third one was the best, Tyler explain everything to me about the car, did not influence my decison regarding which car is best for me. This dealership was great and everyone was very friendly. I was surprised how trusting they were of potential customers especially when Keith went inside as he was dealing with another customer, grabbed a se I was surprised how trusting they were of potential customers especially when Keith went inside as he was dealing with another customer, grabbed a set of keys for the 2010 Legacy GT I wanted to look at, and even said we could go test drive it! That was a great start to my visit and is a quality not found in many other dealerships. After he finished with his other customers, he devoted all his attention to the car I was looking at and answered any questions I had. Other dealerships, I would sneak in a fact to see if they knew what they were talking about or not, and when I did that here at Bertera, Keith said he would find out instead of trying to make something up on the spot, another characteristic that other car salesmen/dealerships don't have these days. He was also very personable. Keith didn't just try and sell you a car, he got to know you, told you about his background, what he did before and other things along those lines which makes you really feel like your welcome at this dealership and is probably why they sell so many cars! I also chatted with another salesmen there about up coming Subaru performance models and he was happy to chat and hold a conversation rather than quickly end it and look for the next sale. As someone who is into performance Subaru's, their online pricing did its job of bringing a potential customer in especially with a diamond in the rough car like a Legacy GT (my family and I made quite the drive to check it out). They did move a little on the price and I of course would have liked a lower price, but they seemed honest about pricing and were pretty fair overall. They did their best to work with me on certain things, like finding/including all weather floor mats for the car and that was a great touch rather then blowing the request off (also had the car cleaned up/detailed before delivery which really made it stand out!). Other than the sales part, Keith even personally drove the car to a Connecticut DMV and got the taxes, CT inspection, and emissions done so I wouldn't have to go through that myself! This really facilitated the whole transaction. To top that off, Keith and his partner waited in line at the DMV and after a couple incidents with the grumpy DMV guy, which we both got a laugh out of, and made sure that I got a copy of everything and put my license plates on! Overall this is one of the best dealership experiences I have had especially with getting my first car and I could not be more happy! Be sure to ask for Keith or any of the Bertera staff and a long or short drive will be worth it in the end, when you own the vehicle you have your eyes on! More
