Delivery went just as smooth and although there were two issues that were not resolved during the delivery process, Tyler followed up within a few days and resolved all concerns to complete satisfaction. The service dept. staff is just as pleasant and take care of things in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure doing business with Bertera Subaru of West Springfield and I look forward to purchasing another Subaru from them in the near future.
