Owner I was in the market for a new vehicle after owning the same one for 12 years. I wasn't sure what I wanted. There was no pressure on his part, which is a big plus. After my long visit, and another visit with my husband, we purchased a Crosstrek. Keith took care of everything and answered all of our questions. He delivered the car to my home and went over all the features again with us. Excellent Service I initiated my interest in a car through their online services. Holly scheduled a time for me to meet with her and test drive the car. She was very knowledgable about the car and what I could be offered as a new owner of the Impreza. After the test drive I went into the dealership to discuss the car in-depth with Dan, whom was very personable and calm when discussing the car. I never felt pressured to buy the car right then and there. Dan and Holly allowed me to take some time to think and process my own thoughts about the car. Dan did an exceptional job with providing me the money I needed for my trade to make this deal happen, he went above what I was asking. Holly notified me and spoke with me about everything that would happening in order for me to purchase the car and was very knowledgable about the process. The professionalism did not stop with my sales reps, but continued with Tom when I went to sign the papers after deciding to purchase the car. Tom provided me with honest and quality information in regards to my car. He was very personable and I did not feel pressured to purchase any additions warranties or fancy packages that most dealerships pressure you into to get more money out of you. Tom respected and understood that I was on budget and could not afford to go higher than what I was promised. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and Keith made the process simple, and fast! There was no pushing us to buy and we didn't have to stay at the dealership the entire day waiting for "the manager" to see if they could get us the deal we wanted (as we have in the past at another dealership in the Palmer area). The Finance Manager, Tom, was also great! He had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we got there, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes and the car was ready for us to go. Even after the purchase, Keith followed up to see if we were happy with the vehicle. Great customer service overall! More

I never felt like I was getting a high pressure sales pitch to get me to buy on the spot. I've bought new cars before but never experienced the ease with which the deal was made. Keith made me a good offer up front based on numbers from KBB.com. I asked for a few extra bucks off and deal done. No haggling back and forth. Keith knew quite a bit about the car I was interested in; I asked a lot of questions about all the options. He had answers immediately. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru ask for Keith. I cannot give an opinion on the dealership's service department since I have not brought the car in for its first service yet. However, what I saw of the front office and service area/customer waiting room didn't ring any alarm bells. The place looked clean and organized. In short, Keith made the purchase about as pleasurable experience as one could expect. More
