Covered up major problem with vehicle. Now not only do I have a car loan payment but I have a 1,300 dollar new rear end going into my vehicle. Best part is that the general manager told me that Bertera Suba have a car loan payment but I have a 1,300 dollar new rear end going into my vehicle. My 2 year old car was damaged significantly by these folks they made two poor attempts to fix it, and then stated that thas all they were going to do because" they did not cause the damage" the outside folks they made two poor attempts to fix it, and then stated that thas all they were going to do because" they did not cause the damage" the outside company that cleans the car did." this was supposed to be a standard courtesy clean, I am now in the process of legal proceedings to bring this to court. My advice? take photos of your car, and inspect it inside and out for damage prior to leaving the lot. If there is any, hold payment- they will not fix it for you as they had previously indicated to me. Check out the BBB rating. More
