Service department should let customers know that making an appointment is not necessary as they actually go by the 'first come first serve', theory. I dropped off my vehicle at 4:45 on a Thursday for a 10: an appointment is not necessary as they actually go by the 'first come first serve', theory. I dropped off my vehicle at 4:45 on a Thursday for a 10:15 appointment on Friday. I called at 2:15 to find out the cost. I was told it wasn't ready yet. In fact it was in some kind of line-up still waiting to be worked on. This put more than myself in a bad situation for the afternoon. In fact, this same scenario happened the last time I had service on this same vehicle at this same facility. Should have known better. One of the people this inconvenienced was raring to give this department a review. In addition to this, someone should speak to your service staff behind the counter about commenting on unruly customers while other customers are in ear shot. The conversation not meant for my ears was unprofessional to say the least. More
