I can not recommend the revive department enough! !!! Dennis and Caitlyn have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions most recently getting me some new tires and fixing my rims. Great communication :) THE SALES DEPARTMENT- I have other words for. DWAYNE, just an up-sellers of “tire and rim” service package. When it came time to use I had to advocate for myself and what I was SOLD when purchasing my 3rd Nissan just over two years ago. Super displeased with the lack of ownership and willing to negotiate price of tires. When I purchased my new Nissan Altima back on new years 2021 I wanted my BRAND NEW TIRES OFF MY 2018 Sentra that I had transmission troubles with and was wooed over by the tire and rim package “they were gifting me” in place! It’s all a huge up-sell SCAM. If it was not for the service department I would never come back. I can promise I will never purchase a car from this deal ship again! Thought the 3rd time would be the charm but boy was I wrong!! But A+ for Dennis and Caitlyn. More
