I had to buy two brand new tires After only having them for 10 days ago, less than 50 miles one of them blew out while driving down Plantation st and They would not replace the bad tire !!! I had to pay an for 10 days ago, less than 50 miles one of them blew out while driving down Plantation st and They would not replace the bad tire !!! I had to pay another 300.00 for another new tire…I truly think the tire should of been replaced for free seeing how I did not hit anything …i feel as though I got a bum tire so that being said I feel it was very poor customer service on their part…but as far as the Service staff Jen tried to help the best she could and she was great!!! It was the service manager that wasn’t willing to help me out… I will never do business with this dealership again! More
