Salesman was good (Jordan Berk) management and finance engaged in bait and switch to get around the contract I had entered into with them. Made the whole process awful: when I picked car up it had not engaged in bait and switch to get around the contract I had entered into with them. Made the whole process awful: when I picked car up it had not been inspected. 2 trips to dealer both times told no inspector available. I had to get it done myself and they reimbursed me for the inspection but could care less about my inconvenience and time. I paid several thousand over sticker and was treated like trash. More
