Great attentive staff. Quick turnaround with service. I also like that they provide a shuttle service to a secondary destination while your car is being fixed. I came in for a simple inspection sticker, not a single car in front of me when I checked in so I figured no more than 45minutes. The whole process took 3.5 hours. I was told my car needed a new fog light car in front of me when I checked in so I figured no more than 45minutes. The whole process took 3.5 hours. I was told my car needed a new fog light for inspection to pass (that doesn’t sound right but I accepted), I also needed new E brake which I agreed to. I was told they just needed a new light bulb and that someone was going to drive over to pick one up and be back in like 10minites to get it. I’m assuming they drove to Dodge dealership to get a light. So I thought well next time I should just go to dodge myself and not have to pay extra for the light but I’ve been loyal to Nissan for years so I was willing to look past that. However after waiting 1.5 hours I was told the picking up of the bulb was taking longer than expected. ANOTHER hour later I was told they finally got the light and I had to wait on a truck to get their tires changed and then they would work on my car again. That’s 3 hours in and I still have to wait on a car that got in several hours after mine? I’m a very patient person, after hour #3 I was even frustrated. If you look up the last name Licea you will see my family has bought several cars from Nissan including myself, I was such a loyal customer that even though I own a dodge I still go to Nissan to get work done. After this 3.5 hour wait it’s not likely I’ll ever go there again. On top of that I had to pay over $300 so all that together was not a good experience. The lady who was at the front desk that day was very nice and understood my pain and even said she would talk to management about my experience. I hope this helps your team improve. I never fill out these surveys but this experience was by far the worst. More
Service personnel were fine. They did their best to explain why it was taking so long to even have my car looked at. Bottom line, more technicians are needed for me to say my experience was anything more than average. Granted my car was towed in, however, I can’t afford to have my car in the shop for 12 days. I have to believe that if it was towed somewhere else I would have had my car much sooner. More
