Scheduling was easy and service happened quickly. However, was promised a shuttle to work after I dropped of my car, but had to wait over an hour and the shuttle still hadn't arrived. Caitlyn was very courteous and kind when she explained the extensive electrical repairs that my car needed. She knew before calling me that I wasn't going to like the news she had for me but she did her the extensive electrical repairs that my car needed. She knew before calling me that I wasn't going to like the news she had for me but she did her job regardless. Caitlyn didn't wait for me to have a complete meltdown, she started talking about trading "Christine" in for a newer car that wouldn't lock me out, she asked me to hold while she went to speak with someone in the salesroom. Caitlyn assured me that there were several cars in the lot that would work for me and asked me to come in and meet with Mick to go over my options. Mick, as well as Amir, were so kind and understanding as I explained my situation. I found a car with their help....yay!! The few issues I have found wrong with the car have been fixed. I am a happy owner of a fully loaded Certified preowned Nissan Rogue for the 4th time!! More
