Service excellent as usual, but the only thing that I found a little strange, is that I got there on time for my appt. When I got to the parking garage for my car service, a persona was taken care in fro found a little strange, is that I got there on time for my appt. When I got to the parking garage for my car service, a persona was taken care in front of me, then another car parked behind and instead of come to me next, the person took care of the car behind me, first. Nobody came to me to ask anything, so I decided to get off the car and go to the counter. As a joke I asked if the reason of that was because I’m not longer driving a Nissan? He just smiled. His service was perfectly fine, he was very friendly, I also told him that the reason I decided to keep going to you guys is because I was an old customer and I was used to Bertera, but if that is going to make a difference in treatment I can find a Toyota dealer. Like I said, the car service was excellent as usual, the only odd thing to me was that little situation when I got to the dealer for the service. I hope I’m wrong and that was just something that happened. More
My time with Berta was great they took very good care of me. Staff was pleasant and the wait was not long. I wish though when you call to make a appointment you actually speak to the Berta. Scheduling was easy and service happened quickly. However, was promised a shuttle to work after I dropped of my car, but had to wait over an hour and the shuttle still hadn't arrived.
