The dealership is clean, friendly and convenient those are the good things about it. Service advisors are great techs not so much oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment for a day that I could get a ride to the dealership to pick up my car and they did not get me a ride. And I had to call them three times I got my own ride. On the first visit after the harness was replaced they brought out the car and when I got in to come home the seat was stuck in the reclining position rendering it impossible to drive, the heated seats wo brought out the car and when I got in to come home the seat was stuck in the reclining position rendering it impossible to drive, the heated seats would not shut off even though the switch was off. This depleted my new battery installed a few days prior. Just not happy. I did receive a request to give feedback on Facebook but decided not to. Just wanted to keep this between us. I Oh yeah, usually they call when the work is completed - not this time. Had to find out when I happen to go on email which I do not check often, Okay, rant over. More
