Never in a million years would I think I would have to do the dealerships job and call the warranty company just because you wanted to squeeze them for every dime you could. I found John our salesman to be an easy going non pressuring individual. I just wish the whole process was a little less frustrating. To many individuals involved. From sales to finance. Just wish al pressuring individual. I just wish the whole process was a little less frustrating. To many individuals involved. From sales to finance. Just wish all cost were up front. Waiting until the end to throw in more cost like warranty and other cost was very unfair. When you ask for all costs up front then hit with additional costs at signing and poor explanations by the fiancé dept was not a good experience, i would work with John in sales again but the whole finance and closing department needs some better structure.
