Went to Metro 3 times in the past and had nothing but horrible service and rude employees. I traded in my pickup truck and bought a dodge dart just to downsize and better mileage. Transaction was extremely smooth and not only did the salesman stay with me at the desk but the finance employee came over to talk numbers with me one on one. So much better than having the salesman disappear to negotiate a price and come back and leave again. I told them where I wanted to be in a realistic sense, knowing where my trade stood and the cost of the new vehicle and they got me there first shot. The pickup I traded in I also bought here and had the same experience with Nick Arkoette, also got me in the truck first shot with negotiation. Back to the Dart. Bought the car one night and was ready pick up the next. I had one issue that I did not notice right away, passenger side door had a chip in the paint. I mentioned it to my salesman and they fixed it no questions asked. Brian the sales manager and Will the finance officer both were also very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend Jay Keaton to anybody that I know for a salesman. Have not had a bad experience with a single person at this dealership. Everyone there is very helpful. More

I showed up and was greeted by John Bogacz. John was very friendly and set me up with my test drive of a new 2015 Jeep. He even let me go alone, not that it would have bothered me if he tagged along but it showed that he trusted me. Went on my test drive and loved the vehicle. Came back and John asked what i was looking for for a deal to buy jeep. Not pushey at all. I gave him my numbers and he even recommended i ask a little higher on trade(thats unheard of) awesome i thought. He asked if i got what i wanted would i buy that night seeing as though my wife wasnt with me. I assured him that i was all in. They wanted to sell a car and i wanted to buy a car. He came back minutes later with exact deal i wanted no playing around with numbers, i accepted the deal and bought jeep. I couldn't be any happier with my deal and purchase. I had dealt with Bertera years ago for my Durango for service and they were very fair and took really good care of me. I would not hesitate to purchase from Bertera. Unlike many salespeople who disappear into the office void while you are waiting for prices, car availability or your car appraisal, Nick usually stays there with you, sometimes going over the features of the car you are interested in or just "shooting the breeze". When he asked for the price we needed to fit into, they actually came in lower and that was over $30 per month less than another dealership. In 3 years when our lease is up we will be back to see Nick for the Grand Cherokee. More

I was with my girlfriend who had recently purchased a 2014 jeep cherokee, but due to recalls and a inavailablity to get it serviced it was pushed off a couple days. In the morning of pick up, she called three to four times to get a confirmation on a pickup time, the first person said they would check on when the service would be completed and never called back, the second person said to call back after 1:00pm when the salesman who sold her the jeep comes in, the third person said the delay was due to the insurance company not sending a stamp, which was a TOTAL LIE... because the insurance company had confirmation that Bertera received the stamp the night before. She then spoke to a manger who stated the vehicle would be ready shortly and she could either come and wait for it or wait for a call. We arrived together after running an errand and the vehicle was still not ready so we waited another 45 minutes for it. When we finally took ownership of said vehicle it was totally filthy inside with unknown splatter marks all over the seats as well as a dirty visor and funny smell like a public restroom, which prompted us to go directly to auto zone for cleaner and air fresheners. My girlfriend also paid $200 for a specialty plate but was told that the registry was out of plates... seriously shady and was refunded a check for $27.50. She also only received one set of keys to the vehicle when all vehicles purchased from dealerships usually come with a standard set of two. Having shared witness to this procedure I feel that the service and purchased vehicle was subpar. I will definitely not be purchasing a vehicle for this dealership in the future and I highly recommend nobody else does either. You would think that if you are spending a lot of money purchasing a vehicle it would at least be fully detailed and have a full tank of gas also. Frank O More
