Bought our second vehicle here in 2012 because we like to give everyone a second chance...HUGE MISTAKE..I think it's because I'm a woman ( I've seen them do it to elderly as well) sold me ridiculous services on my brand new durango rt..such as whole system brake flushing at 20000 miles (WOW)and many more just so that I could have they're TIRES FOR LIFE GUARANTEE (lol) them my tires need replacing at 20000 miles and whoops I skipped a tire rotation that they always do and charge for but magically they forget 1 why so they don't have to buy new tires..so on top of bogus services I have to purchase $1100 worth of tires for a $50000 vehicle in a year then I'm just to the point of no return so I trade my truck and buy a new one and I try to get my extended warranty money back and instead of $1465 I get a check for $374 and BERTERA pockets the rest... They made more than the warranty company..Don't even know why I'm surprised at this point..RUN AWAY FAST IS WHAT I RECOMMEND...FAST!!! More

In addition, when I had a concern about scheduling for service, the general manager took time to listen to and respond to my concerns. When I did need to go in for routine service and for a government recall, the service department was very responsive and effective. The service manager assured that the parts were available, and the job was completed in a day and a half for two recalls; an occupant restraint sensor, as well as a timing chain. Mark Lyne, Dave and Alba in service, and Jason Keaton in sales, all deserve 5 stars for their professionalism! More

Dealer did as was promised, made the "buy", a pleasure, Had bought a new Ram in West Springfield, dealer knew truck had problems, lied to me, sold me a LEMON, hoping to fix under warranty. Mass Attorney Gen Had bought a new Ram in West Springfield, dealer knew truck had problems, lied to me, sold me a LEMON, hoping to fix under warranty. Mass Attorney General took over to deal with Chrysler, then Chrysler offered me a new truck,(special ordered), to make up for my being used by first dealer. I then had all paperwork transferred to Westfield Bertera Dodge, to complete the upgrade from a junk to a new truck, Chrysler covering all costs. I did not have a salesperson, I worked with MGR's Mark Lyne, Brian Gaynor, who kept me up to date as the trade was being done. There were some small set backs, but they were handled with speed, and most of all, professionalism. I found a dealer in Westfield Bertera , that I could trust, and plan to return as needed. I also had work done in their service garage, all was done neatly, and correctly the first time. It was refreshing to find a dealer who did as they said, and kept you in the loop. It was a project to upgrade from one truck to another, but Mark and Brian, and Dave in service, all worked together to make the transition as painless as possible.
