New SUV purchase This was the best car buying experience that my fiancé and I have ever had. Austin was our salesman, he was very pleasant and knew what he was talking about. We told him what we wanted he went right out and brought the vehicle over. He showed us everything about the vehicle and then we test drove it. We did the paperwork and now we have a brand new Dodge Durango limited. Jay was pleasant, and made sure he went over every detail with us and we understood it before he had us sign any of the paper work. Great New Truck Experience I was shopping for a new truck and wanted to test drive specific configurations and models. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. After I was shopping for a new truck and wanted to test drive specific configurations and models. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. After test driving the trucks I told the salesman that I was going to take some time to think about what I had just learned and experienced with the test drives to make my decision. There was no sales pressure to make the sale that day. I called back a week later with what I wanted in the truck and they were quick to try and find a truck with my requirements. When I went in to negotiate pricing they were extremely competitive with other dealers and online pricing. When I picked up the truck, they were very accommodating to my non standard schedule for getting my paperwork and registration completed. The whole experience was pleasant. This is the third new vehicle I purchased from Bertera in the last 15 years, I would buy from them again and I would recommend the dealership for others. More
Post sale harrasment A year after I purchased a 2013 (used) mini van, my wife and I have been constantly harassed at random times with calls about good news about our van! A year after I purchased a 2013 (used) mini van, my wife and I have been constantly harassed at random times with calls about good news about our van! They have a program that looks for vehicles that are in demand and ours fits their criteria for a buy back program and we can get a great deal on a new van and we can get top dollar for our trade! First my wife was told that they could get us in a brand new van for only $200 more a month (that does not sound like a good deal to me)! Three missed calls later I finally get to answer one of these calls and I ask again and she says when I ask about this incredible deal that I would have to call the dealership, I explain that when my wife took a call the "deal" we were promised I was not interested in and to stop calling. Today I got a call again from these people, this will not end here, I will be calling the dealership and blasting this place on social media for harassment. More

I called Aimee at the service counter, and made an appointment that was convenient to myself, and with ED the service driver. When I went to pick up truck, I found everything that was to be done, had been done, and correctly. All dealings with the personal had been pleasant and there was always signs of being professional. I have been in shops, where you have to bring back your vehicle several times to get it fixed, and the unpleasant dealings that go with it. I can say without question, that I always get my repairs done right the first time, for I have been here before, with other trucks, and I have always been treated with respect, and when I ask a question, I get an answer I understand. I am a "Gearhead", which is an Auto Enthusiast, and I want my truck to always run the best it can. I have also bought aftermarket parts from Dan in parts, and always felt comfortable, even when I had questions, that I needed answers. When I have work done on my truck, what was done, and why and how are important to myself, for it is my "TOY". When certain work was done, and I needed to know what was done, Dave the Service Mgr. took the time to explain what was found and done. To me, this is why I give this dealer tops marks. To me, it is important that a person has a good working relationship with the Servicing Dealer. More

The need for a new vehicle was long overdue but I was extremely apprehensive about the car buying experience, nervous about credit and affordability, and skeptical that as a female I wouldn't be treated fairly and respectfully. I could not have been happier with the outcome of my experience. My salesperson Jason was upfront, honest, and friendly. He didn't try to oversell me on a vehicle that I couldn't afford and answered all of my million questions patiently and thoroughly. Any finance question I had that Jason couldn't answer to my satisfaction, Brian was able to explain. He, too, was upfront about costs, fees, and rates. and was friendly and easy to talk to. I went in on Saturday expecting to leave in a used vehicle (if any) and was definitely prepared to need a co-signer for my car loan. I ended up leaving in a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade the following Monday and I got it all on my own, no co-signer needed. Jason had it gassed up and detailed for me when I arrived to pick it up. He walked me through the features step by step and even hooked up my phone to the car for me. I LOVE my new vehicle and am even more happy to admit that I LOVED the sales team that I worked with on it. I am one happy customer! I also can't forget Aimee from the service department, who was beyond amazing in helping to get me through the door and who helped me figure out my options for my old vehicle. She introduced me to the mechanics in the service department and was also the person who initially connected me with Jason. She talked to me while I waited on Saturday and helped to put my mind at ease about the whole experience with her positive attitude and encouraging words. More
