I am the internet manager that spent a few minutes talking to your dog, and yes I did reach out to you immediately after your experience. I am sorry that you feel this to be a waste of time. NO! I didn't say that this is a waste of time. I was just wondering how come, all of a sudden, I heard from you. I appreciate you following up with me. I have no problem working with you but what happened with being ignored can't be changed from the past. Hope your people are more into what is going on around them and being observant. You were the positive experience when I was there. Wheather it was because the dog was a confersation piece or not, I don't know. I do appreciate what you are trying to do for the business. Keep at it. They need more people like you!!!

I do at some point plan on coming in for that oil change. I do mystery shopping (see why I am critical) and redently had the oil changed as a shop.
