Wanted a Jeep Wrangler but HATE the whole "buying a new car" trip. Dont want to argue or wheel & deal and I dont like being jerked around. Just by luck Dan S. (there are two Dans working there) had answered the phone when I called for appointment - still I went in with low expections. But Dan S. was great. Went over many Jeeps but they didnt have what options I wanted. They checked other dealerships too but nothing turned up I liked. I ended up ordering direct from the factory. Dan was really helpful and explained all the paperwork - tire plans, incentives. He also took care of the insurance and plates so I didnt have to go to the registry. In all it was a positive experence buying there and working with Dan S. I love my new Jeep and am glad I ordered it with just what I wanted. Ill let you know after my first oil change how the service department is. More

Bertera was our second stop in looking for a used Toyota. Having been put off by a larger dealer we were pleasantly surprised to meet Daniel and feel at once that he had our best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. They even took care of all the registry details, so I didn't have to face that ordeal at the usual DMV office. The paperwork did take time, but it would have taken so much longer if I had to go to the DMV and my insurance company on my own. Dan handled everything right on the spot! Andrew responded by phone to my initial inquiry about a used car on the Internet and set up the appointment with Dan. Andrew went out of his way to both welcome me and to thank me afterwards. I was so unhappy with my car and did not think that I could get into a brand new car. I was treated and greeted by everyone, which made me feel great to be there. Customers, regardless of their credit a could get into a brand new car. I was treated and greeted by everyone, which made me feel great to be there. Customers, regardless of their credit and thier down payment, are still customers. To be able to buy new when I thought I can only buy used was great, but to be treated so great from the mechanic all the way to the sales manager is all in itself an experience. My overall experience exceeded my expectations. My husband will be in the market within the next year for a car....and I definately know where I'm going for our next car! More
