We had decided to purchase a Jeep Compass and chose to make our first visit to Bertera in West Springfield. I recently had to have my vehicle serviced at Bertera in West Springfield and I cannot say enough about the service manager James Marinaccio! I had a problem with a squeaky seat that had previously gone un West Springfield and I cannot say enough about the service manager James Marinaccio! I had a problem with a squeaky seat that had previously gone undiagnosed. From the minute I spoke with him about the problem he went above and beyond to find a timely solution. When I thanked him he replied, "that's my job.". Although that may be true, this kind of service is not, unfortunately, always commonplace. I will continue to do business with this dealership. At first this was due to the service received from the salesmen I worked with. Now, it's largely due to the serviced received on the vehicle AFTER the sale. Thanks again James:) More
