We went to check out used Dodge Grand Caravans as ours had been totaled by our insurer subsequent to an accident. I walked into the dealership thinking about purchasing a used vehicle to replace my 2003 Ford Windstar. I told him about a vehicle I had recently driven as a rental and he pulled out the EXACT same car 1 model year newer with the same features as the rental. I fell in love with it. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions to perfection. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Caliber. When it came time for the financing portion I met Cynthia. The initial payment she showed me was way above what I expected and I told her this. After speaking to the bank and a couple of phone calls, she got my payment within my range and even got me an interest rate at 1/2 of what I expected, I was truely impressed. Chris even moved all of the heavy things from my van into my new vehicle and got it all set for me to turn the key and drive away. This was the single most incredible car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Every one of the staff said hello as they walked by, everyone smiled and they were extremely friendly even though it wasn't their commission. Very impressive. They work as a team to make your entire car buying experience as easy and pleasant as they possibly can. I will definately be going back when I need another vehicle. More
