I was hesitant to even visit another Bertera Store, after feeling like my business was not taken seriously at the Subaru store next door. We bought our new Durango and found the experience to be very good. Chris Wesley met us while we were looking at new cars and helped us to find the right vehicle for our needs. About 1/2 hr. after we took the car from the lot, we noticed a crack in the windshield. Everyone (their were several) who came out to see the problem was more than helpful in making sure the problem would be taken care of the next day and we were given a loaner car to use. The car came back freshly cleaned and with a new OEM windshield. We felt the price was competitive and since we were trading in 2 newer cars,Bertera was accomodating and fair. More

I have been researching the ins and outs of cars for over a year trying to figure out exactly the make/model/year to purchase. I called the dealership and was immediately put in contact with Mike K. who was ready and eager for my visit later in the day. I drove from Stonington, CT to West Springfield, MA to check out the car, and left the dealership a car owner! The help and constant communication between myself and the dealership was outstanding. Now, a month or so later I had a question about my car and was able to speak with Mike regarding my issue and he helped me find the answers I needed instantaneously. This is my third minivan from Bertera Chrysler. I was torn between two different types of minivans and found John to be very patient with me. He let me take my time and no presssure which I absolutely appreciated. He sat with me and spoke to me like a person and not just another customer. I greatly appreciated John for his knowledge and experience. The service dept has greatly improved over the last year which has been extremely noticeable. Rachel and Kathy (service)are two great assests to the company. Gabrielle (manager) thanked me the day I bought the car and the day I picked it up. I know these are little things but from a customers perspective, much appreciated.
