I was very please with the overall experience from all of the staff at Bertera while purchasing my vehicle. As soon as we arrived on the lot Andrew greeted us. From that moment we knew if we were able to buy a car it would be from Bertera. Andrew was polite, informative and showed us all we wanted to see. we had a wonderful experience with this dealership. We ran into some financing delays, not on the dealership's part but on ours.
